Nerve Fresh is a capsule supplement sold for neuropathy, and when we checked on October 28, 2026, it had no published trial and no published ingredient amounts. The vendor names five botanicals plus unnamed vitamins and minerals, with no Supplement Facts panel[2]. Its sales video headline tells readers to "Ditch Gabapentin"[1]. No study of Nerve Fresh supports that line. Keep taking any medicine your doctor prescribed and talk to them before adding an herbal product.

What is Nerve Fresh and what does the vendor claim?
The product sells on the vendor's own ClickFunnels pages at nervefresh.com, and affiliates promote it through the MaxWeb CPA network. It is not a ClickBank or BuyGoods product. The domain was registered on May 1, 2024, and the terms do not name an operating company[6].
The vendor says the formula leads to "Reduction in Pain", "Deeper and More Relaxing Sleep" and helps "Promote Energy Production"[2]. The About page says it aims to "support nerve regeneration, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow to nerve tissue"[4]. The sales video headline goes further with "Ditch Gabapentin" and "Do This 9-Second Trick Daily To Reverse Neuropathy Damage"[1]. These are the vendor's words. No published study of the product tests any of them.
The creator also changes from page to page: "Dr. James Haleford" MD on the About page[4], "Dr. Mikel Daniels" in a popup and a "D.C. Nerve Specialist" in the video[1]. We could not confirm any of these identities.

Who might consider Nerve Fresh, and who should not?
Nerve Fresh may interest an adult whose nerve symptoms have already been checked by a doctor, who wants to try an herbal product, and who accepts that no one has published a test of this formula. It is not a substitute for finding out why your feet or hands tingle.
Numbness and burning have many causes, including diabetes, low vitamin B12, alcohol, some medicines and pressure on a nerve. A supplement cannot sort these out, and some of them need care quickly.
We would skip Nerve Fresh, or ask a doctor first, if you:
- take gabapentin, pregabalin, an opioid, a sleep aid, a benzodiazepine or another sedating medicine
- are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or breastfeeding
- have liver disease, or take diabetes or blood pressure medicine
- have surgery planned in the next 2 weeks
- have nerve symptoms that no doctor has looked at yet
How does Nerve Fresh claim to work?
The vendor claims Nerve Fresh calms nerve pain and helps nerves heal, using a "9-Second Trick" to "Reverse Neuropathy Damage"[1]. No study of the product supports either claim, and the vendor does not publish the doses that would let anyone check them.
The home page says "Each ingredient is backed by research and peer-reviewed studies that prove the effectiveness"[2]. The sales video page lists 11 "Scientific References" about single herbs[1], and none of them tests this formula. The page also leans on a University of California, Irvine news item about a corydalis compound and on Columbia, Brown and Harvard logos[1]. None of those institutions has published a study of Nerve Fresh.
What is known is narrower. Passionflower and California poppy have some human data for anxiety and sleep, and the other herbs have little or none for nerves. We set out the full chain of evidence on our page about whether Nerve Fresh works for neuropathy.
What ingredients are in Nerve Fresh?
Nerve Fresh lists five botanicals: prickly pear, passionflower, marshmallow root, corydalis (yanhusuo) and California poppy, plus "vitamin and mineral support" that it does not name[2]. No amount is given for any of them, so none can be compared with the doses used in research.
Evidence grade is our summary of the human research for each herb: Moderate, Limited, Weak or Avoid. It describes the herb, not the product.
| Ingredient | Vendor claim | What the research shows | Grade | Dose disclosed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Prickly pear (Opuntia) | Protects against "three harmful enzymes" behind "pins and needle sensations" | No human nerve trial. Cladode may lower glucose; studies had high risk of bias[16]. Lower blood pressure and cholesterol in a small meta-analysis[17] | Weak | No |
| Passionflower | Calming, better sleep | Most of 9 trials reported less anxiety[8]. Longer total sleep in 110 adults with insomnia[9]. Neuralgia is a traditional use only[10] | Limited (calm), Weak (nerve pain) | No |
| Marshmallow root | Soothing | Used for cough and sore throat in herb combinations[18]. No nerve or calm trial | Weak | No |
| Corydalis (yanhusuo) | "will diminish your inflammatory pain" | No randomized human trial alone for nerve pain; the pain data are mostly animal and cell work[13] | Weak | No |
| California poppy | Helps insomnia, migraines, "neuralgia" | Pain relief only in mice[12]. Helped anxiety only as part of a 3-ingredient product[11] | Limited (calm), Weak (nerve pain) | No |
| Vitamins and minerals | "support" | Not named, so no evidence can be matched | Not gradable | No |
Three of the five herbs, passionflower, California poppy and corydalis, are calming or sedating. That matters for anyone already on a medicine that causes drowsiness. Our Nerve Fresh ingredients list gives the doses used in studies and the source for each herb.
Passionflower has the strongest human data of the five, but for anxiety and sleep. A systematic review found most of 9 trials reported reduced anxiety[8], and reviewers still call the trials methodologically weak[10].
Does Nerve Fresh work for nerve health?
There is no published evidence that Nerve Fresh works for neuropathy. No trial of the finished product exists, the ingredient amounts are secret, and none of the five herbs has a human trial for nerve pain on its own.
Here is the evidence, from weakest to strongest link:
- Plausibility. Some herb compounds act on pain and calm pathways in lab and animal work. California poppy reduced pain signs in mice[12], and a corydalis alkaloid, l-tetrahydropalmatine, blocks dopamine receptors[14]. Lab findings do not show what happens in people.
- Ingredient trials. Passionflower improved anxiety and sleep in small trials[8][9]. California poppy helped anxiety only inside a combination with hawthorn and magnesium[11]. None of these trials measured nerve pain.
- Finished-product trial. None published. Without amounts, nobody can say whether a capsule holds a studied dose of anything.
Better sleep or less anxiety can make pain easier to live with. That is a different claim from repairing nerves. The vendor's "reverse neuropathy" and "Ditch Gabapentin" lines[1] are its own claims, and no study of Nerve Fresh supports them. Any change to gabapentin or another prescription belongs with the doctor who prescribed it.
Nerve Fresh side effects: who should ask a doctor first?
Anyone taking a sedating medicine, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with liver disease should ask a doctor before trying Nerve Fresh. Three of its herbs are calming, and the vendor gives no doses, so the size of any effect is unknown.
- Passionflower: NCCIH lists drowsiness, dizziness and confusion, advises avoiding it in pregnancy, and says to stop it 2 weeks before surgery.
- California poppy: its extract and alkaloids blocked several liver drug-processing enzymes (CYP3A4, 2C9, 2C19, 2D6) in lab tests[21], and it may add to the effect of sedatives.
- Corydalis: its l-THP blocks dopamine[14], which could add to sedatives, antipsychotics and dopamine drugs. Jin Bu Huan, a Chinese pain product, caused hepatitis in published cases[15]; its link to corydalis comes from l-THP research.
- Prickly pear: stomach upset in trials, and possible added effect with diabetes and blood pressure medicine[17].
Medicine groups to raise with your doctor: gabapentin, pregabalin, opioids, sleep aids, benzodiazepines, antipsychotics, diabetes and blood pressure drugs, and alcohol.
See a doctor right away if you have:
- sudden weakness, or numbness that spreads quickly
- face drooping, slurred speech or numbness on one side
- a foot sore, cut or color change that is not healing
- loss of bladder or bowel control
- heavy drowsiness, confusion or trouble breathing
- yellow skin or eyes, or dark urine
More detail is on our Nerve Fresh side effects page.
What do Nerve Fresh complaints and buyer reports show?
We found no independent pile of Nerve Fresh complaints, but we also could not check every place they might appear. Here is what each source showed on October 28, 2026:
- BBB: a search for "nerve fresh" returned no results and no business profile[7].
- Trustpilot: the page blocked our request and had no archived copy, so it is NOT checked[19].
- FDA recalls and adverse-event reports (openFDA): none found for "nerve fresh".
- FDA Health Fraud Product Database and tainted-product lists: the pages did not load, so they are NOT checked[20].
The testimonials on the vendor pages are chosen by the vendor, and one popup story says the creator's "own mother went from almost having her foot amputated to pain-free in weeks". We cannot verify it. A foot wound is a reason to see a doctor, not to wait for a supplement. The Nerve Fresh complaints page tracks what buyers report.
How much does Nerve Fresh cost?
Nerve Fresh costs $138 for 2 bottles, $177 for 3 bottles or $234 for 6 bottles, with free shipping on all three, checked October 28, 2026 on the vendor order form[3]. There is no single-bottle order and no subscription.
2 bottles
6 bottles
3 bottles| Package | Per bottle | Total | Days supply | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $69 | $138 | 60 | Free, 5 to 8 business days in the US |
| 3 bottles | $59 | $177 | 90 | Free, plus 2 e-books |
| 6 bottles | $39 | $234 | 180 | Free, plus 2 e-books |
Prices checked October 28, 2026[3]. The struck-through "was" prices of $298, $447 and $894 are the vendor's own reference figures. The same form carries exit-discount items at $128, $157 and $194. The home page FAQ says 6 bottles are "$49 per bottle", while the card says $39[2]. Tax is not shown until you enter an address. Our Nerve Fresh price and discount page compares every package.
What is the Nerve Fresh refund policy?
Nerve Fresh has a 180-day money-back guarantee, and the sales pages say it applies "even if the container is completely empty"[1]. The written terms add costs and conditions the headline leaves out[6].
- Ship the bottles to Shipoffers, 19655 E 35th Dr #25, Aurora, CO 80011, with your name, email and order number.
- Email the tracking number to drdaniels@nervefreshmail.com or call 1 (888) 335-1452[5].
- The vendor says it processes the refund within 5 business days of receiving the box.
You pay return shipping, and the refund covers the "original purchase price". The terms also speak of "defective product", and the home page mentions changing your mind "at any point in the next 2 months"[2]. Keep your tracking receipt.
Where can you buy Nerve Fresh?
The vendor sells Nerve Fresh through its own order form at nervefresh.com, and that is where the prices and the 180-day guarantee above apply[3]. We did not check Amazon or Walmart listings for this guide.
A listing on a marketplace may come from a reseller rather than the vendor, so the vendor refund terms may not cover it, and you cannot confirm storage or expiry dates. If you buy, use the vendor page and keep your order number. We cover the marketplace question on where to buy Nerve Fresh.
Is Nerve Fresh legit?
Nerve Fresh is a real product with a working order form, a phone line, an email address and a named returns warehouse[5]. Several facts are missing or inconsistent, so check them yourself before you buy.
- The domain was registered on May 1, 2024, and the terms do not name an operating company.
- The creator appears under three different names and titles[4].
- The vendor says "GMP Certified", "FDA registered facility" and "third-party tested" but names no facility, certifier or lab[2].
- No BBB profile turned up[7].
The Nerve Fresh legitimacy page covers each point.
Nerve Fresh vs other approaches to nerve health
A doctor's workup and the medicine they prescribe come first. An herbal capsule with unknown doses is, at most, something to discuss with your doctor alongside that care.
| Approach | Strength | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Doctor visit and tests | Finds the cause, such as blood sugar or a low vitamin level | Takes an appointment and sometimes several tests |
| Prescribed medicine, such as gabapentin | Tested in people and dosed by your doctor | Side effects; changes should go through the prescriber |
| Daily foot checks and blood sugar control, if you have diabetes | Protects feet from unnoticed wounds | Needs daily habits |
| Nerve Fresh | Herbs with some calm and sleep data | No amounts, no product trial, sedating herbs |
Read how we check products on our how we check supplements page.
How do you take Nerve Fresh?
The vendor says to take one capsule twice a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days[2]. These directions come from the sales page; the vendor shows no label image, so we could not read them off a bottle. Do not take more than directed, and avoid alcohol with these calming herbs. See how to take Nerve Fresh for timing questions.
Nerve Fresh: final take
Nerve Fresh is a five-herb capsule with no published amounts and no study of the product. Its best-studied herb, passionflower, has small trials for anxiety and sleep, not nerve pain[8].
It may suit an adult whose doctor has checked their nerve symptoms, who takes no sedating medicine, and who wants a herbal trial covered by a 180-day refund. Skip it if you are pregnant, take gabapentin, pregabalin, opioids or sleep aids, or hope it will replace your prescription. The vendor's "Ditch Gabapentin" and "reverse neuropathy" claims are not backed by any study of Nerve Fresh. Keep your medicine as prescribed.
Frequently asked questions
Is Nerve Fresh safe to take with gabapentin?
Nobody has tested that. Nerve Fresh contains passionflower, California poppy and corydalis, three calming herbs that may add to the drowsiness gabapentin can cause. Ask the doctor who prescribed gabapentin before adding it, and do not stop gabapentin on your own.
Can Nerve Fresh replace gabapentin?
No study shows that. The sales video tells readers to "Ditch Gabapentin", but Nerve Fresh has no published trial and no published doses. Keep taking it as prescribed, and talk to your prescriber before any change.
Does Nerve Fresh reverse neuropathy?
The vendor claims it can "Reverse Neuropathy Damage", but no study of Nerve Fresh supports that. None of its five herbs has a human trial for nerve pain on its own, and the vendor publishes no ingredient amounts that research could be matched to.
How many capsules of Nerve Fresh a day?
The vendor says to take 2 capsules a day: one capsule twice daily, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. A 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. The vendor shows no label image, so these directions come from its sales page.
Is Nerve Fresh FDA registered?
The vendor says Nerve Fresh is made in an "FDA registered facility" but does not name the facility. Facility registration is a listing with the FDA and says nothing about whether the formula works. The product itself has no published trial.
How long does Nerve Fresh take to ship?
The vendor order form lists free US standard shipping on all three packages, with delivery in 5 to 8 business days, checked October 28, 2026. Sales tax, if any, appears only after you enter a shipping address.
Who makes Nerve Fresh?
The terms do not name an operating company or manufacturer. The About page names Dr. James Haleford MD as creator, a popup names Dr. Mikel Daniels, and the video names a D.C. Nerve Specialist. We could not confirm any of them.
Is Nerve Fresh a subscription?
No. The vendor order form, checked October 28, 2026, lists one-time charges for 2, 3 or 6 bottles with no auto-ship. Upsells after checkout could not be viewed without buying, so read each screen before you confirm.
Can I take Nerve Fresh while pregnant?
Ask your doctor first, and the safest choice is to avoid it. NCCIH advises avoiding passionflower in pregnancy because it may cause uterine contractions, and Nerve Fresh contains passionflower in an undisclosed amount alongside two other calming herbs.
