Part of our Nerve Fresh overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.
Is Nerve Fresh legit? As a purchase, yes: the vendor sells it through its own order form, lists a phone number and a returns address, and promises a 180-day money-back window.[5] As a neuropathy product, it is unproven. The vendor names five botanicals but publishes no amounts for any of them, and no trial of the product itself exists in what we read on October 28, 2026.[2]
Is Nerve Fresh legit?
Nerve Fresh is a legitimate product to buy, with gaps that matter for anyone hoping it will help nerve pain. The seller side checks out on paper. There is a working order form, a support email (drdaniels@nervefreshmail.com), a phone line at 1 (888) 335-1452, and a returns warehouse run by Shipoffers in Aurora, Colorado.[4]
The product side is thinner. The home page lists prickly pear, passionflower, marshmallow root, corydalis and California poppy, plus "vitamin and mineral support" that it never names.[2] With no doses, nobody can compare the capsule with the studies on those herbs.
The domain nervefresh.com was registered on May 1, 2024, per the Verisign RDAP record. The site operator is not named in its terms.
What can a buyer actually verify about Nerve Fresh?
A buyer can verify the price, the refund address and the ingredient names. A buyer cannot verify ingredient amounts, the manufacturer, the testing lab or who created the formula, because the vendor does not publish them.
Ingredients
Five plant names appear on the home page, with no Supplement Facts panel, no label image and no other-ingredients list.[2] Our Nerve Fresh ingredients breakdown covers what each herb has been studied for.
Purchase terms
Packages are 2, 3 or 6 bottles at $138, $177 or $234, with free US shipping and no subscription, checked October 28, 2026.[1] There is no single-bottle option.
Seller
The vendor says the capsules are made in the USA in an "FDA registered facility", are "GMP Certified" and are "third-party tested".[2] It does not name the facility, the certifier or the lab.
Claim wording
The video page headline tells readers to "Ditch Gabapentin" and promises a "9-Second Trick Daily To Reverse Neuropathy Damage".[1] No published study of Nerve Fresh backs either one.
Which Nerve Fresh claims deserve a closer look?
The claims that deserve the most scrutiny are the ones about reversing nerve damage, replacing gabapentin and research "proving" the formula. None can be checked against a product study, because the vendor cites no trial of Nerve Fresh and gives no doses.
| Vendor claim | What can be checked | What not to assume |
|---|---|---|
| "Ditch Gabapentin" (video page) | The wording is on the page | That it is safe to stop or cut a prescription |
| "Reverse Neuropathy Damage" (video page) | No Nerve Fresh trial was found | That damaged nerves will recover |
| Ingredients "backed by research and peer-reviewed studies that prove the effectiveness" (home) | Herb studies exist, mostly in animals or for sleep and calm | That this capsule matches any studied dose |
| Creator credentials (about page, popup, video) | Three different names and titles appear | That any one of them made the formula |
| University logos and "Featured On" CBS banner | No product study by those institutions was found | Endorsement by any university or network |
| "GMP Certified", "FDA registered facility" | Badges are shown; facility unnamed | That the FDA has checked this product |
The about page names "Dr. James Haleford" as creator, an exit popup names "Dr. Mikel Daniels", and the video page says "D.C. Nerve Specialist".[3] We report the conflict without judging which is correct.
What red flags should you check before ordering?
Seven points stand out, each taken from the vendor's own pages on October 28, 2026. None of them proves the product is bad. Each is something a careful buyer would want answered first.
- No Supplement Facts panel and no ingredient amounts anywhere on the vendor site.[2]
- The vitamins and minerals in the formula are not named.
- A headline that tells people on a prescription nerve-pain drug to "Ditch Gabapentin".[1]
- Passionflower, California poppy and corydalis are calming or sedating herbs. A lab study found California poppy extract blocked several liver enzymes that clear drugs.[10]
- Three different creator names across the about page, popup and video page.[3]
- The home FAQ says 6 bottles cost "$49 per bottle", while the price card and order form say $39.[2]
- Strikethrough "was" prices of $298, $447 and $894 are vendor reference prices, not prices we saw charged.
If you take gabapentin, pregabalin, opioids, sleep aids or other sedatives, ask your doctor before adding Nerve Fresh, and keep taking your prescription as directed. Our Nerve Fresh side effects page lists what to watch for.
What does the Nerve Fresh money-back guarantee tell you?
The guarantee shows the seller expects returns and gives you 180 days to make one, but the fine print is narrower than the video. The video page promises "every dollar back" and "No questions asked", "even if the container is completely empty".[1]
The terms page adds conditions. You ship the bottles to Shipoffers, 19655 E 35th Dr #25, Aurora, CO 80011, with your name, email and order number, then email the tracking number. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund covers the "original purchase price", processed within 5 business days of arrival.[5] The same clause speaks of "defective product", and the home page also says "at any point in the next 2 months".[2] Our Nerve Fresh price page walks through the refund steps.
Why do so many sites copy the Nerve Fresh sales page?
Many sites repeat the Nerve Fresh sales copy because it is sold through an affiliate network, and affiliates earn a commission per sale. JillLebofsky is one of those affiliates: we are not the maker, and we do not sell, ship or refund the product.
Search results also show lookalike pages on other domains that repeat the same five herb names with no amounts. To find the vendor's own checkout, look for the nervefresh.com domain in your browser bar, the support email drdaniels@nervefreshmail.com, and the 1 (888) 335-1452 phone line on the contact page.[4] Our guide to where to buy Nerve Fresh covers marketplace sellers.
How we checked
On October 28, 2026 we read the vendor's video page, home page, about page, contact page and terms, and the price cards on the order form.[1][5] A BBB search for "nerve fresh" returned no profile.[6] Trustpilot returned an error and had no archived copy, so it is NOT checked.[7]
openFDA searches of food enforcement, drug enforcement and the CAERS adverse event data found no records for "nerve fresh". The FDA Health Fraud Product Database and tainted product lists did not load, so they are NOT checked.[8] The FTC requires endorsements to reflect real, typical experiences, which is why we read sales-page testimonials with care. Our method is on the how we check products page.
Is Nerve Fresh legit? Our conclusion
Nerve Fresh is a real product with a real refund window, so buying it is not the risk. The risk is paying $138 or more for a formula whose doses are secret and whose neuropathy claims have no product study behind them.
The herbs it names have some research for calm and sleep, such as a systematic review of nine passionflower trials,[9] but little for nerve pain in people. Our look at whether Nerve Fresh works covers that evidence. If you still want to try it, keep your prescriptions unchanged, talk to your doctor first, and save every receipt for the 180-day window.
